I would like to say that while we enjoyed our stay, and the rooms were lovely, your employee Sandy was rude and innapropriate. I was unsure if she worked there at first, because she was on her personal phone and seemed to be dressed in sweatpants. She was quite rude, and did not appear to want to be speaking with my sister and I. I asked her for the email or phone contact for a manager and she informed me that there was none. As nice as the property and rooms are, I do not think we will be returning, due to the awful customer service by Sandy, the price is just not worth the attitude.
    Thank you. M. Carpenter

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We at Celilo Inn want all of our guests to have the best experience possible while staying with us. From what you have said, we fell short. Not only do we aim to provide our guests with comfortable, welcoming rooms but excellent customer service as well. We have taken your feedback and have reminded our employees that making our guests’ experience enjoyable is our number one priority. We hope that the next time you’re in The Dalles you’ll stay with us again.

Thank you for your review as it can only help us improve to ensure that every guest’s experience is a great one.
