I love all of the murals in The Dalles and I love driving up to the CGCC campus area. Such a great view of the gorge! I like to imagine Lewis & Clark coming down the Columbia back in the 1800s. I try to envision what they saw.

I love The Dalles for the Columbia Gorge views and general great feeling looking down at the river with some wine and watching the fishing, and occasional windsurfer. The absolute best is staying over, having a wonderful meal, great wine and if you are lucky, taking in a concert at Maryhill too. It’s an all-around beautiful spot to be.
Love this area for hiking, watching the windsurfers and of course drinking the wine!

Love The Dalles. I grew up in The Dalles and love coming back to visit. We always take in the winery’s. It would be difficult to say which winery is my favorite. Celilo Inn is my favorite place to stay. The staff is outstanding and the accommodations are great.
